Climbing Over the Hill
2. Get active. Try softball, bowling, gardening—anything that requires you to move your body. Start small. 3. Let go. Toss out the false images you're confronted with every day, it's not real. You don't have to look like the guy on the Men's Health cover. All you have to do is care for your body on a consistent basis, and you will be amazed how your body will change. 4. Stop comparing. Remember, we can't outrun time, so stop comparing yourself to your younger self and others. Be thankful for what you can do today and appreciate all your body allows you to do. Time doesn't discriminate and no one is beyond its reach. Enjoy the season you're in now, and be the absolute best you can be with what God has blessed you with. 5. Keep an eternal perspective. This is HUGE! All the things we obsess and worry about today won't even cross our minds in heaven.
